  • Perishable Items: Food and other perishables that can spoil or attract pests.
  • Illegal Items: Any goods or substances that are illegal.
  • Living Things: Animals or plants.
  • Other Hazardous Items: Fireworks, weapons, and other dangerous materials.

We offer 24/7 access to our storage units. This means you can access your unit at any time, day or night, ensuring maximum convenience for our tenants.

We do not have an office onsite but we do have a customer service line available from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday, and 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Sunday. You can access your storage unit outside of office hours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our leases are month-to-month, and we do not prorate rent for move-outs. If you vacate your unit by the first of the month, you will not be charged for that month. However, you do need to provide a 10-day notice.

We do not provide locks for purchase onsite. We require a Disc lock to secure your storage units and recommend that you bring your own high-quality lock prior to arrival at your unit.

We do not offer rental trucks. We recommend arranging your own transportation for moving your items.
